Hello I’m Katie
I was a mum first.
Then I saw school from
the other side of the gate.
As I trained to become a teacher, I discovered an extraordinary world of educational knowledge, research, strategies and resources to help children grow, inside AND BEYOND the classroom.
And I kept thinking... how can I bring all of this to parents?
How can I help parents to help their kids?
That question is behind everything I do.

Hi, I'm Katie!
Mum, teacher, coach… and the brain behind TEACHIE.

I started my career in finance before moving into coaching. I loved it, but somewhere between a big career and raising little humans, something had to give.
So I went back to uni to study teaching. School hours, school holidays… perfect for mum life, right? 😂
But I discovered something much bigger than a new career.
A whole world of teaching knowledge, strategies and resources that could make life SO much easier for parents. And I couldn't help thinking… why aren't we sharing more of this?
So I created TEACHIE. To bring that know-how home, take a little off your plate and make the school years a whole lot simpler.
MEET YOUR NEW PARENTING SIDEKICK
Meet TEACHIE.
Your parenting superpower.
You know your child. TEACHIE knows how to help.
Think of it as having a little teaching know-how in your back pocket. Helping you make sense of school reports, understand their learning, tackle homework, create personalised activities and discover opportunities beyond the classroom.
But rather than tell you what TEACHIE can do, I'd rather show you.
Meet Oliver, our fictional Year 4 learner. Pick a possibility and see what TEACHIE can do!
Go on, have a play! Tap the options to see what TEACHIE can do.
Oliver is fictional. These reviewed demonstration reports are not authentic school results; evidence qualifications remain within each original report.
Imagine this, but for YOUR child.
Their strengths. Their learning. Their next steps. Sorted.
Built on educational research. Powered by teaching know-how. Personalised for your child.
And remember, TEACHIE needs information about their learning, not their identity.
